A "full service" realtor! We purchased a rental home and he helped us with the negotiations and on to a smooth closing. (He must have shown us 30 houses, and did so with patience and spot on advice) He has also helped us get rental properties leased out quickly and to awesome tenants! We have recommended him several times to our friends and families.

He guided us through the process of buying and selling to make it as seamless as it can be. In the crazy market we are in, he made sure we had our financing in order before we ever walked into a house so we were in the best position to put in an offer when we found the right house. He has us complete our wants/needs before we went out. He really did understand our wishes and provided honest guidance as we toured homes. It was fun to see him get as excited as us when we found "the" house. We never would have known about Homeward as an option without him and made a huge difference in the process and reducing stress. We have a young child and being between homes wasn't going to work for us. I loved being able to find the right house first then focus on selling our home vs selling then feeling extremely rushed to get a house. He also provided a connection with another mortgage company so we could compare our rates, loan amounts, etc. to make sure we got what worked best for our family. Jef was always extremely responsive to any questions and very flexible on showings. He did an excellent job in helping us submit an offer and stayed on top of us/the other parties throughout the process to make sure we stayed on schedule. He even caught a huge date error from our home's buyers that would have significantly impacted our home sale timeline that their realtor missed. His insight was greatly appreciated as we listed our house and looked at other homes. He provided a great home stager and photographer. Everything done on time so we were ready to list the day after we locked in the new home (thanks to Homeward for allowing that option). His experience was greatly appreciated with our first buyers fell through - we were able to get the home back on the market and under contract again within a week. We honestly cannot say enough good things about Jef! You will definitely be in good hands working with him!

He was amazing to work with! My schedule was hectic and I only had a few scattered visits to see properties (I was moving from Boston) and he listened to what my goals were for my new apartment, made the timing work, and everything was super smooth and easy. I was also kinda convinced on the area where I wanted to move (S. Lamar/S. Congress) but he suggested a building on the Eastside, said he thought I'd really like it based on what I was looking for. Want to guess where I ended up living? The building on the Eastside, of course. He was quick to respond, easy to work with, and super patient with all of my many, many, many questions. He listens to what you want, has great insight into the market, and knows how to ensure you get what you want. He is very professional, personable, makes the process as easy as it can be and walked me through every step. He stood by my side the whole way and never gave up on finding the right home. He recently got me into my dream home and I will be forever grateful to him. I cannot recommend Jef enough and would not hesitate to use him again and when I am ready to sell my other home I absolutely will have him as my realtor! He is the best!

Not only is he extremely knowledgable about Austin, real estate in general, etc. he is also super personable, down to earth, and does a fantastic job listening to your needs and narrowing down options accordingly. Thus, he doesn't waste your time and truly cares about what you're looking for. I was impressed by the spots he showed me during the tour and ultimately found a place I am beyond excited to call home. You would be lucky to work with him!

When I first met with Jef I was not quite ready to buy. Jef talked through the process with me and offered helpful suggestions to help me get my credit and savings to where they needed to be to buy. Jef kept in touch with me, checking in often, and when I was ready to start looking he was proactive with listings and always available to show me houses I was interested in looking at. Jef really knows his stuff. He pointed out issues in houses that I never would have noticed, and always gave me his honest opinion. I truly felt like Jef had my best interests in mind while we worked together and gave me pep talks when the process was difficult. I ended up finding my house in about 2 1/2 months and Jef's tips and negotiation skills helped me close the deal, even though there was a higher offer. After I closed, Jef made it clear that our relationship was not over and that I could reach out to him with questions at any time. As a first time home owner, you better believe I did that - and Jef was responsive and helpful, always. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, and genuinely nice realtor, Jef is your guy.
